Suggestions on how to get started on your fitness journey and what benefits to expect from your online membership

1.
Always start with the basic balance exercises first to see how your body copes.  For best results try to do the first two daily.  They will form the beginning of each class.

2.
Listen to your body.  If you try an exercise and you are not feeling it in the area mentioned, recheck your form or wait until you gain a little more fitness before commencing to the harder exercises.  Take a break when you need to. You are in control, simply pause when you need to ūüėÄ.

If you are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a while start with the areas that you feel need to be improved the most. ¬†The class descriptions included in your membership will tell you what is in each class. ¬†

If you have issues with your knees and or hips, the basic balance exercises & leg strength exercises will help to strengthen the muscles & ligaments in and around the joints.  Over time this could also help with stability, mobility and pain.  With consistency and by changing the way you move during the day you will start to notice a real difference in around 12 weeks. Consistency can produce fantastic results.

Rome wasn’t built in a day so be patient with yourself and above all NEVER GIVE UP.  Your INDEPENDENCE & CONFIDENCE depends on it.
