Personal Training
If you feel One on One Personal Training either isn’t for you or doesn’t quite fit your pocket you can get a group of your friends together. Just let me know what you would like to achieve from your sessions, whether it is to:
- Improve your over all fitness
- Lose weight
- Increase strength
- Improve balance
- Train for an event
- Rehabilitation exercises to recover from injury or an operation
- Or all of the above
You can either train in the comfort of your own home or online. All you need to do is contact me so I can learn more about what you would like to achieve.
